Service Description
A 3-month minimum coaching relationship with Gateway Defense lead instructor Brennan Brennecke. Includes one live 1-on-1 video coaching session per month, priority scheduling, and access between sessions for check-ins and questions. Designed for the shooter who is serious about sustained improvement and wants consistent direction in their training.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations or reschedules made more than 72 hours before your scheduled session will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no charge. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the session are non-refundable. No exceptions. No-Shows: Failure to attend your scheduled session without prior notice is non-refundable. Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late your session will be forfeited and is non-refundable. Technical Issues: If a technical issue on Gateway Defense's end prevents the session from taking place, you will receive a full refund or reschedule at no charge. Technical issues on the client's end are non-refundable.
